Help with schedules, notifications, study content, and app issues.
The fastest way to report a problem is inside the app. Open T6 Briefer, tap the Settings icon, expand Support & Feedback, and select Send Feedback. This automatically includes useful app and device information with your report.

When you contact support

Please include what you were trying to do, what happened, and which squadron or training content was involved. Screenshots are helpful, but do not include sensitive or controlled information.

Common fixes

My personal schedule is missing an event

In Settings, confirm that your saved name matches how it appears on the published schedule and that the correct squadron is selected. The app checks for updated schedule information automatically when you return to it. Always verify assignments against the official squadron front page.

I am not receiving schedule notifications

Open Settings, expand Notifications, and confirm that alerts are enabled for the desired squadron. Also check the iPhone or Android system notification settings for T6 Briefer. Push notifications require the installed iOS or Android app and an internet connection.

The app is not showing a recent change

Completely close and reopen the app while connected to the internet. If the problem continues, install the newest TestFlight or Google Play testing build available to you.

I see an inappropriate leaderboard name

Press and hold the player's name on the leaderboard, then confirm Report & hide. The player is hidden immediately on your device and the report is sent for moderation. You may also email support if additional context is needed.

Weather or TOLD data will not load

Confirm that the device has internet access, then reopen the TOLD page. You can still enter conditions manually when live weather is unavailable.

T6 Briefer is a study and planning aid. Always verify flight-critical information against the current authorized publication, NATOPS, squadron procedures, official schedules, and instructor guidance.
